Melissa Fletcher has been a passionate baker for as long as she can remember. Her kitchen is rarely without the comforting aroma of something fresh from the oven โ bread rising on the counter, cinnamon swirling through the air, and flour dusting the table.
Adventurous and full of heart, Melissa loves creating food that brings people together. She shares life (and plenty of baked goods) with her husband, Andrew, their three daughters, and of course, their three beloved bunnies โ the inspiration behind 3 Buns Bakeshop.
Long before there was a business name, there was simply a love for baking and sharing it generously.
How 3Buns Bakeshop Began
In 2020, during lockdown, Miss Bubbly came to life โ our sourdough starter with plenty of personality.
Over the years, we taught others how to bake with her and shared her with more than eight new bread makers. By early 2026, with three rabbits watching from the sidelines, we decided it was time to hop a little further.
Thatโs how 3 Buns Bakeshop began โ simple ingredients, slow fermentation, and bread made to share.
